♦ The Team first started off in the year 2007.
♦ Currently there are 40+ fencers, consisting of Secondary One,Two,Three and Four students.
♦ The Team took up both Foil and Sabre.
♦ Our 2 Coaches are Coach Aik Phong and Coach Alex.
♦ Our Teachers-in-charge are Miss Lee Pei Ni and Mr Tham Boon Khai

Great job in updating the blog, Alena!

Congratulations to all fencers in completing Greendale's first Jogathon! Well done to all who have came in top 30! I'm proud of all of you, especially Faris (1st in upper sec boys'), Dorcas (2nd in lower sec girls'), Mei Yi, Alena, Hao Jun, Vanessa, Wei Heng, Ameerah, Sweeta, Alex. (Sorry if I have left out your name..let me know ok?)

While you're celebrating your achievement and receiving your awards, I certainly hope you have not forgotten your values and manners!

*** Hope you remember to shake hands and thank the prize presenter whenever you receive your awards and prizes!

Good values and manners are definitely more important than any achievements and success! As a good sportsman / sportswoman, please do remember to practise graciousness. A simple gesture of shaking hands with your competitors would be good. :)

I certainly hope to see all of you growing into well-groomed ladies and gentlemen with good sportmanship and values! Continue to put in your best and I'm sure we'll be the best!
